Ben Jones
Co-Founder/Managing Partner Ben leads Jockey Ventures as its managing partner. After selling his on-demand delivery company, Skipcart, to 7-Eleven, he wanted to keep solving big challenges through technology and innovation. That's when he found the venture studio approach, and Jockey Ventures came to life.
David Fonseca
Co-founder/CEO David is a highly accomplished and experienced global leader in the field of organization growth and innovation. As the former CEO of VelocityTX, he played a key role in driving innovation and venturing within the context of the Downtown Innovation District development, which spans 10 acres. David's leadership was crucial in the growth of various projects, some of which involved significant collaborations with institutions such as Department of State of the USA, the Economic Development Administration (EDA), the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, UT Health, and the Military. He currently serves in the board of the International Business Innovation Association (InBIA), Alamo Angels, and Geekdom.
